Terms of Service
The client shall attest that he is the parent or legal guardian of the child listed and that he has full authority to consent and authorize Ben Studio to use their likenesses and names.
The client (especially the mother) shall accompany the newborn or child’s ages below or equal to 12 months. Strictly no other people shall enter the studio during the photo session except the model’s parent / guardian / sibling.
The client shall assist with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs.
The client shall hold the responsibility of the model/siblings during the photo session.
The client shall be liable for the damage caused by the model/siblings or by the client, to any materials that belong to the Ben Studio and shall be settled by paying compensation, equivalent to the damages caused.
The session cost covers only photographing the model, although photographing model’s parent and siblings in the session shall be arranged with additional charges.
“One Costume - One Theme”: Any additional photograph with costume or backdrop change shall be subjected to additional charges.
The client shall pay the fees discussed, in full by the day of the session. Once the session has taken place, the session fee is non-refundable.
The photographer shall reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the session under unforeseen emergency. If the session needs to be cancelled, the prepaid fee shall be refunded. If the client doesn’t show up or makes last minute cancellation, the prepaid session fee shall not be refunded.
The prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change without prior notice.
The client shall not copy, scan or duplication of any sort, of any images/documents/ files without the permission.
Ben Studio shall reproduce images taken in any sort of advertising, video based marketing, portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self promotion, photo contest, social media etc.
The client shall acknowledge that he will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in firm’s marketing materials or other firm’s publications.
The client shall not use any equipment / instrument which enable photo capture or video / audio recordings inside Ben Studio especially during photo session.
The client shall return defective product such as frames, mounts etc. to Ben Studio within 24 hours to facilitate replacement process. The warranty shall remain cancel on product misuse or inadequate handling.

Free Model Shoot
In additional to the aforementioned T&C, free model shoot shall abide the following instructions.

Ben Studio shall decide the theme, outfits, props and other instruments to be used during the photoshoot..

The charge for the free model shoot shall remain free of cost.
​
The client shall receive the one or two electronic form of the basic corrected image (10x8 inch size with 72 pixel/ inch resolution) taken during the free model shoot. with Ben Studio watermark in either bottom or top corner of the image.

The client shall receive the image of free model shoot through email or whatsapp furnished.
